National Register of Historic Places Hidden Treasure Award
Bed & Breakfast Closed on July 2025. /wAfter hosting nearly 9,000 guests over 15 years Linda and Gordon retired. They thank all their guests and the many friends they've made during their 'hosting' experience. They will continue to rent out the Mueller Suite for extended stays but will not offer breakfast.
Our historic property is on the National Register of Historic Places and was awarded the 'Hidden Treasure Award' by the Nebraska Heritage Program. It was built in 1910 and was restored and turned into a bed and breakfast in 2010. The bed and breakfast was closed in 2025; however, the century old carriage house is offered for extended stays. It is filled with family heirlooms, farm equipment and antiques.
The Mueller Suite sleeps 4 comfortably and is PET friendly. It has the rustic charm of a century old barn with all the modern conveniences. Enjoy the luxury of a Bed and Breakfast and have your own privacy. The room has a kitchenette, bath with shower, sitting area, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a large upper deck shaded by a huge sycamore tree. It's decorated with farm antiques taken from the 1879 homestead and has modern air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. Enjoy a unique lodging experience in a century old carriage house and try to figure out what all the antiques are.
